Check-in
Check-in is from 3:00 pm onwards. An early check-in service is available upon request. If the room you have reserved is available upon your arrival, we will prepare it for you since the morning. The early check-in service is available with an additional charge. You will receive a confirmation the day before your arrival. Dinner is served by 8:00 pm. If something unexpected comes up and you are late, please, let us know, so that we can find a solution.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am. A late check-out service might be available on request. If the room hasn’t been reserved by other guests, you can use it until 6:00 pm with an additional charge.
Did you forget something at the hotel?
If we find it, we will be more than happy to return it to your home address through our dedicated service.
Vittoria’s Half Board Formula
Our half board formula includes buffet breakfast and dinner with a four-course menu of your choice, from starters to desserts, entirely served at your table. The half board formula is available from dinner on your day of arrival to breakfast on the day of your departure. Skipped meals cannot be deducted from the price of your stay.
Cancellation Policies
Our cancellation policies can vary depending on the season and on the period of the year; we kindly request you read the related information from time to time, depending on the dates you have reserved.
How to pay for your holiday
We invite you to pay the bill the evening before or the very morning of your departure at 8:00 am. You can pay cash (up to the legal limit) as well as by bancomat and credit card. Cheques are not accepted. If you need an invoice, we kindly request you ask us in advance and send us all the information we need for digital billings. Postponed arrivals or earlier departures won’t give you the right to a variation on the total amount of the price you agreed on upon reservation.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in the hotel upon reservation. You will be requested a 10€ a night (food not included) “hospitality fee”. We remind you to bring a blanket or your dog’s basket with you. Your cat or dog will have to be on a leash in the hotel and respect other guests. Dogs are not allowed in our restaurant or in the SPA, including the outdoor area of the Social SPA. The hotel will provide information about animal shops as well as the local veterinarian’s details. We recommend you not to leave your cat or dog alone in your room but during your meals. If you wish to arrange outdoor activities you won’t be able to attend with your cat (rafting, water activities, skiing activities), we advise you to contact Fabiana (333-7968256), from Io&Te pensione a 4 zampe, for a cat sitting service in Dimaro. You will be charged for any damages caused to the hotel by your dog. By company policy we do not welcome cats
Tourist Tax
The provincial tourist tax (2,00€ per person, from the age of 14) is never included. You can pay for it cash on site.
