If you choose our half board hotel in Val di Sole, you trust Oscar’s cuisine for your dinner too.
First comes the antipasto. We offer a different starter every night: from the Tyrolese one, with Brenta Speck, to Val di Sole’s typical appetizers including local casolet cheese, or our delicious “tortei de patate” (potatoes mini pies), combined with tasty local cold cuts, and many more surprises.
Then come our scrumptious first courses, among which braised meat mezzelune, barzola cheese gnocchi, or pumpkin, potatoes or porcini mushrooms colourful pureed soups. Our abundant second courses follow: low temperature cooked beef cheeks, veal loin in crust, sheperd’s frittata with casolet cheese and courgettes.
Dinner ends with a sweet treat served at your table for dessert and new to discover every night.
